Just So You Know

This big, bad tooth in the back right side of the upper part of my mouth decided it needed attention. What makes things difficult is that I wear a bridge. So all the needles in the roof of your mouth and picks and probes and stuff started last week. Still eating soft stuff. The new bridge is due back. Clear thinking to return eventually!

How are you all doing?

Oh wow... So sorry. I had a bridge replaced once and it required, like, 5 appointments. I hated the needles so much for at least one appointment I opted for no drugs. Crazy.

There's nothing like painful dental work to ruin your day, or week, or month.

OUCH! I am so sorry. I hope you are eating lots and lots of ice cream to make up for the pain!

NOR- Thank goodness for drugs!

Heather= I can't let it ruin things too long, I never learned about fuel injection systems.

Claudia, you are such an influence on me, I'm trying for positive mental attitude. Fixodent helps.

Catching up...UGH! Hate the dental work. Not only is painful, time-consuming & uncomfortable but it is expensive!
Having to get twenty year old crowns replaced last year I contemplated just having them all yanked and having a bridge put in.
My poor mother never, I mean, never goes to the dentist. In fact, she went for the first time in MY life some five years ago. It took three days, physical coercion & valium to get her there. How she had managed to reach her mid-seventies without crowns, partials or fillings, I'll never know.
