Foods and Health

This came in the mail, and I found it intriguing. What took a lot of time, and I never got it done, was the pictures that accompanied each little paragraph. I can't tell you if it was because it wasn't feasible, or because of the pain meds, but the pictures are gone. I still found it interesting. I'd like your opinion.

God left us a great clue as to what foods
Help what part of our body!

God's Pharmacy! Amazing!

A sliced Carrot looks like the
Human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human
Eye... And YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and
Function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and
Is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows
Tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are
Indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart.
Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today sh ows
Grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right
Hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles
Or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help
Develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal and
Help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human
Kidneys.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like
Bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium
And these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your
Diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods
Replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears
Target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they
Look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats
One avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and
Prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly
Nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are
Over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of
These foods (MO dern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

Figs are full of
Seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male
Sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.

Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actual
Ly bal ance the glycemic index of diabetics.

Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries

Oranges,
Grapefruits, and other
Citrus fruits look just l ike the mammary glands of the female and actually
Assist the heal th of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the
Breasts.

Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows
Onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even
Produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working
Companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free
Radicals from the body.

Hi ODAT, bananas are good for patassium as I understand it. I do an MRI soon, and I'll let you all know!

Monty, great post. This is the kind of stuff they should be posting on the walls of doctors' offices.

BTW, my apologies for being absent lately. I'm on the verge of taking on too many activities. But that doesn't mean I should neglect my friends.

There is a beautiful symmetry to nature....

I don't think I'm that different than a dog... similar (as they say in geometry) and a bit more complex. But life is life.

That is all rather extraordinary...

Thanks for sharing it.

Ah yes, and that would be why donuts look like my ass.

Imagine, I can bill managed care companies for information just like this? With the proper CPT and ICD9 codes of course.

Hoping for encouraging news with the MRI.

G-d's little instruction manual comes with pictures!
That's a really, really good thing!! I'm much more of a visual person than I care to admit.

<--going to find garlic (though I doubt my coworkers will appreciate it....LOL)

Bestest wishes on the MRI stuff, Monty....I'll be hoping for good results.

Isn't that amazing? I had it as a TT once. Food and humans - made of the same stuff. Why do we think we are so superior or wage war against it? sigh.... Thoughts for another day!

Hi James, it's always good seeing you. I'll be around more as sitting gets easier or I can rig a standingdesk somehow. I used to get epidurals, shots in the spine, but they never lasted very long. Surgery would be on the vertebrate above the joint operated on in December, and that opens a whole new bag of worms. I'd rather do physical therapy myself.

Hi M@, I have always thought a lot more of you than a dog. You are much more interesting.

Hi Puss, for you, I share as much as I can.

Hi Heather, I hold you in much higher esteem than any donut, and there's a Krispy Kreme factory near here. Y'all stop by when you come back East.

Hi Wicked, I want to grow up to be more like you. Really.

Hi Mel, y'all will be among the first to know. In my mind, you have become my rabbi. You poor woman.

Hi NoR, this blog is a repository of some of the finest and funniest brains in the country. Another reason you're here.

Hi WnG, never worry, I still love you, and Judy knows, although no one else does. So please, keep it to yourself. Judy knows everything, because I tell her. Naturally.

Hi O.G., I should have known you would have had it. I hadn't seen it, so I decided to share it. I love learning new stuff, it's another reason to read your blog.

Very cool and wonderful post! I love most of these things but can't have half of them anymore. Thank goodness for vitamin supplements

Hi Carrie, you we have to worry about, but you're so worth it!

Ha! I love it! You eat what you are and are what you eat. When I was little I thought corn looked like teeth & they they helped scrub the teeth...hahahaha. Maybe I was onto something!

Hi SLB, you are always onto something, and you're always so good at it. Thank you so much for Mel. What a wonderful thing to do for me!

This always impresses me when I see it. Claudia posted it a while back, too, and it also made the rounds as an email.

It would be easy to cite the beautiful synchronicity as proof of a Higher Intelligence.

Hahaha...she is a beauty, isn't she?!
