When The Going Gets Tough
It's just under ten (10) degrees Fahrenheit outside and it's really cold. When you have an antique cat, you merely transfer the Fortress of Solitude from a cardboard box to a place more suitable. Like right in front of the heating vent in the family room where someone has pulled the couch into a nice triangular area for you to nest in and bask in the heat. And the heat is on, and the house is just right, the way it is supposed to be.
She decided to try to make a buck from this and hunt up an energy trade in natural gas. She 'sniffing' out a natural gas play for this week. She thinks energy plays are going up. Smart cat. She'll be out at the end of the week. She also got the Super Bowl right.

Does she know anything important? Like the spring fashions maybe?
Puss
I am faxing my portfolio over right now. Please have her take a gander.

Speaking of smart cats, we're getting an intern at work who's really super-psyched about doing a lot of work (and showing the rest of us up)....
How'd she pick the Super Bowl team?
That second pic is awesome...suitable for framing...
Peace
(and stay warm!)
adda girl ~!~
Puss, she doesn't seem to care about fashions.
Wicked, she likes Delphi Corp., GE, Altria (nope, we don't smoke), the MSCI International Index, and the Emerging Countries Index, plus a slug of cash.
Matt, let the intern run with the ball, who knows what they might turn up.
Odat, I took Chicago and gave her 7 points. She picked the Colts and took the 7. I took the over at 49, she took the under at 48. She swept me for 20 bucks worth of cat nip.
If you like cats, I'll send you one you won't believe.
MJ, she's not just another pretty face, but you knew that, didn't you.
I used to live in a cardboard box too.
Good Kitty!
007 on the job...I think she must have some inside info...or a nose for the job!
She is really cute :) Cats rule!
She just got a brand new bag of cat nip! And is she proud. She's on her second martini now.
She fared better than I did on the Super Bowl, then.
It's kind of sad when you find yourself turning into your cat's sidekick instead of the other way around.
