Not To Worry I'll Be Right Back

I called this meeting to tell you that I have to do some testing Thursday and Friday and I may not get posts out. And please, if you live in the United States, democracy depends upon an educated population. Please be part of one. It's actually really important. I'll be back shortly! Drink the coffee, and have a snack while I'm gone, please. And do talk among yourselves.

I drank my coffee. I had my snack. I have no one to talk amongst (my)ourselves to. What if I decide to stop being educated? Isn't ignorance bliss? Therefore, now embracing ignorance, if my vote isn't going to do anything anyway, why can't Pierce Brosnon be my Governor? He is nice to look at and when he starts taking money from schools and children he'll get out of it by using his cute accent.

There are piles of leftover Halloween candy and some fruity cheerios. Sorry, I ate all the muffins out of boredom and lonliness. You have to get here quicker next time...

The American Public has been using the ignorance is bliss argument for years. That's how we got here.

I won't swear to it, but I'd bet that even Nevada requires the Gov. be a citizen of the Country, not to mention the State. Teeny technicalities.

Gah. But Pierce Brosnon! I bet I could find a blue dress and a beret somewhere...Then again, there would be no dilly dallying with that man. We would have to just get right to it damnit.

Sorry, it would appear that I need some excitment in my life.

I don't think we're talking about electoral politics anymore, Des.

Well, good luck America, and let's hope the votes count, and get counted properly this time
